R&D Engineer:

  • Regulatory Compliance & Standards Integration: Ensured product alignment with Danish and EU building regulations (Arbejdsmiljøloven, BR18, EPBD, EED) and incorporated DGNB and DGNB Drifts certification requirements into the product.
  • Machine Learning & Predictive Controls: Developed machine learning models for energy savings predictions and advanced control systems for heating based on personal comfort feedback from the mobile app.
  • Occupant Feedback Integration: Created an Apple Watch app in Swift for real-time occupant feedback and health data collection, improving user engagement and comfort modeling.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Developed reporting features for indoor environmental quality, BR18 compliance, mold risk assessments, and more.

Technical Product Owner:

  • Feature Development Leadership: Led the design and implementation of key product features, including comprehensive dashboards for tracking building metrics (electricity, CO2, water consumption) with monthly and yearly comparisons, peak usage identification, and visual data representation.
  • Building Logs System: Developed a logging system for tracking building retrofits, capturing details such as cost, responsible personnel, and energy savings, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Energy Analysis & M&V Module: Implemented a module for predicting energy savings using measurement and verification methods, offering detailed analysis, savings estimates, and customizable parameters.
  • Building Comparison Tool: Enabled multi-building comparisons for consumption metrics and trends, facilitating portfolio management.
  • Action Center: Established an action center with AI-driven issue tracking, severity assessment, and alert mechanisms based on predefined thresholds.
  • Device Management & Overview: Created summaries of device statuses (sensors, metering points) and infrastructure health across buildings.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Platform Redesign: Led the initiative to modularize the platform into application-specific use cases, enhancing user experience and scalability.
  • Visual Identity & Design: Overhauled Climify’s visual identity, including website design, logo creation, and Figma prototypes for a consistent and modern user interface.
